Gofilex has been an active player in the film delivery sector and with our extensive experience, we have designed a platform that makes playing Live Events easy. Over 2000 cinemas already use the Gofilex Live Platform and we are continuously expanding our services to more cinemas globally.
Central to our platform is the Gofilex Mediabox: a media player connected to the Gofilex Content Network that enables cinemas to play live and recorded live content.

Gofilex Live is a streaming solution designed for cinemas to screen live and recorded alternative content. It enables cinema operators to deliver high-quality live events to their audiences, expanding programming beyond traditional films.
Cinemas book directly with content owners. Once a booking is confirmed, Gofilex verifies the arrangement and delivers the event stream through the Gofilex ODD Network.
Gofilex Live offers a broad range of events: theatre, opera, ballet, concerts, sports events, e‑sports tournaments, festivals, red carpet premieres and much more.
Each cinema undergoes a certification process; ensuring A/V sync, network suitability, stream testing and setup of communication channels for live support.
Gofilex uses a broadcast-grade workflow with primary and backup downlink sites, H.264 HLS encoding at up to 1080p, local buffering and real-time monitoring. Technical support is available both prior to and during events.
